My New Baby

I've bought a Fujifilm Finepix S4200 last December 2013. It's just an entry level bridge camera but definitely a step up from my almost a decade old point and shoot 7megapixel camera. Now I have PSAM modes which I'm hoping would help me get better shots of my artwork. I was eager to try shooting the moon (see pic above) and now I know never to do it again without a tripod at full digital zoom.

I've never thought photography can be so exciting, getting the focus right along with the aperture, shutter speed, ISO, DoF, lighting and all is quite challenging and I must say I like it—a lot! Looks like ME and my Baby Psam will spend a lot of time together, I'll still be doing colored pencil artworks though, but I guess I'll be posting pictures more often as they are much easier to complete.
